Here are the steps, 1) Establish your UBOT 2) Get your EIN 3) Open a Bank Account (Trust Account of Course!) 4) Get a Paydex with Dunn & Bradstreet 5) Establish Trade Lines to increase Paydex 6) Either issue bonds or after getting a Cusip, or apply for lines of credit.
